Forklift Core Design Options
Northern offers various core styles in the FORKLIFT
radiator line.
To give you a better idea of what you may need,
here is a brief description of the core types you may
run across:
Flat Fin Core: Usually fewer fins per inch
so that debris may flow through or be blown out- Staggered
rows of cooling tubes.
SNL Style Core: Serpentine
style fins with anywhere from 6 to 10 fins per inch- Usually
inline rows of cooling tubes.
"Cotton" or "Feedlot" Style Core: Flat
fin style core with minimal fins per inch- Great
for use in a dirty environment. Inline rows of
cooling tubes.
